Lions Club Jávea-Dénia-Pedreguer has donated to the Servicios Sociales from Xàbia a check for 2.500 euros in shopping vouchers for people or families with fewer resources. The vouchers delivered are 20 euros each and will go to those who need to buy basic necessities in the masymas supermarkets.
Councilwoman Social Services, Rita Berruti, has valued the great help for the social support department to have entities such as the Lions Club, "always looking out for the most vulnerable families." In this way, the club arrives faithful to its Christmas commitment with the most disadvantaged families of Xàbia.
