El Club Nautico de Javea will host from May 1 4 to the championship of Spain Adapted Sailing 2.4mR. participation between 15 and 20 participants although registration is still open, is foreseen. National sailors competing in this championship aspiring to participate in the Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro 2016.
As explained by José María Bataller, sports director of the Club Nautico de JaveaDuring the day of the 1 day in May, the inscriptions of all sailors will be confirmed and measurements and sealing of the material will be made. The day 2 at 12: 00 h. the tests will begin while the days 3 and 4 will take place from the 11: 00 h.
It is a journey windward and leeward rod and three tests will be performed daily. As commented Ignacio Carbonell, commodore of the Yacht Club of Jávea, the races can be followed online thanks to a GPS that will take the boats. The host and participant from Jávea in the championship, Rafa Andarias, has shown his satisfaction in participating in an adapted sailing regatta in Jávea. El Mayor of Jávea, José Chulvi, He has sought to highlight the importance of this championship of Spain.
