Rafael Andarias seeking his sixth national title 2.4mR sailing in Valencia

The yachtsman Xàbia, Rafael Andarias, Will try to achieve their sixth national title this week in the waters of Valencia. The capital of Turia is being at the epicenter of the Paralympic sailing by hosting Haste March 13 Championships of Spain 2.4mR and Skud 18 classes.
