Pepe was my boss for 2 seasons. He behaved very well with me because he is a wonderful person and he appreciated me a lot but due to some circumstances I was not up to the task. So from here Pepe I apologize and I will always keep a good memory of you and a very great sorrow in my heart I love you

Hello!. I'm John of Argentina and had the pleasure to meet Pepe and his sisters are excellent.
Joan, I confirm your words as you describe Pepe in full! Good person and best friend, with me he had the deference to offer me a work contract right away (I just arrived in Xabia and lived for 5 beautiful years (you don't know how, my family and I miss that paradise,… incomparable.
I wonder Pepe, and if someone gives me his phone would be a pleasure to talk with (We returned to our land for family reasons)
He was the one who taught me how to smoke cigars and beautiful and warm bride to eat snails.
Uh, so many memories of the after-dinner nights when he invited me to his personal table after the night's work… (What detail, right ?!)
A Pepe's in my soul for everything that taught me and offered, a person with an incombustible angel.
I hope to continue walking around the restaurant as people, most going for him, Mollet!
If someone can give me your phone or Yiene Facebbok it would be greatly appreciated.
    A hug
    My Beloved Xabia !!!

Pepe Mollet is an extraordinary person. Faithful friend, dedicated, generous, tireless worker, responsible, nice to everyone, etc, etc. I've known him since he had the beach bar, the only one on the beach with boards and reeds… it had its charm. He has always liked to share what he has with others. He is a very noble and jovial person. Lately we have seen little since I spent 21 years in Mexico as a lay missionary among the Mixtec indigenous people of Guerrero, but when we have the opportunity we celebrate our meetings well. I still admire him a lot as a person. I hope God continues to bless you. From here a big hug.
