El Town hall de Jávea has launched a paid training plan that will have the objective of theoretically and practically training ten unemployed as operators of water distribution systems. As indicated by the mayor of Economic Development, Juan Luís Cardona, the "Xàbia Impulsa" plan is endowed with 188.000 euros, of which 133.000 euros will go to salaries that will be 941 euros and is subsidized by the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Employment and Social Security and the European Social Fund.
Josep Lluís Henarejos, CEO of Amjasa, has ensured that this training plan is a perfect project with which to collaborate since it matches his social vocation and his line of modernization of the company. In addition Henarejos has also stated that "we have 11 plumbers on staff, so if the coordination is good, it will be very useful to have this reinforcement." For his part, Mayor of Jávea, José Chulvi, he added that this plan is something that benefits both the unemployed in Jávea who will have the opportunity to have a salary and improve their training as well as the municipal water company that will increase their staff to improve the distribution network.
How to apply for a place of training and employment plan
In order to be eligible for one of the 10 positions that are offered and that will have a one-year contract, a series of essential requirements must be presented, such as being enrolled in the Servef as a job seeker, be registered in Jávea, be over 45 years of age and have family responsibilities or be over 25 years of age and be at risk of social exclusion accredited by the social services.
