Good cuisine is increasingly seen in Xàbia and this time, a new restaurant adds its first Michelin Star. This is the Tula Restaurant, located in the Arenal Beach, and by chef Borja Susilla.
Tula, run by Borja and Clara, joins Bon Amb and El Rodat that maintain their Stars. Three great restaurants that offer local products with the best culinary flavor.
This award, delivered tonight, at the event that took place in Seville, recognizes Tula's effort and dedication. Borja and Clara have worked hard to offer their customers the best cuisine in the area, in a simple restaurant. Their dishes represent flavor and tradition based on the new kitchen.
