DKV Integralia 15 Foundation celebrates anniversary of existence and to celebrate, the Marina Health Hospital, will screen a documentary video about the integration of the employees hosted by the foundation.
In order to facilitate the social and labor integration of these people, the foundation was established in Marina Salud, thanks to the commitment of DKV Seguros and hospital. DKV Integralia manages the Call Center of the Hospital of Dénia, where 14 people working with disabilities.
To commemorate this union DKV Integralia has produced a documentary called 'I choose Work'Where the story of overcoming and coexistence of workers recounted foundation. The video will be presented and screened yesterday in Madrid, and will be seen on Friday in the multipurpose room of the hospital. And soon through social networks.
The workers 14 switchboard Marina Salud provide uninterrupted service from the 7.30 21 morning until evening hours, divided into two shifts.
"The goal is to provide professional and quality call," said Igor Vicens. The fact that disabled workers concerned not only does not diminish the quality of service, but in this case improves. "We are very concerned and involved in our work," he assured, highlighting the appreciation and high degree of satisfaction expressed by the very fact of being able to work.
DKV Integralia imparts workers Call Center of the Hospital de Dénia continuous training to keep learning languages, office automation, etc. In fact, the Call Center Marina Health Hospital also serves in different languages, taking several workers able to answer in English, French or German.
DKV Integralia currently has seven branches spread in different parts of Spain, and from year 2000, has employed a total of 1,483 people, all with severe physical disabilities (spinal cord injury, paraplegia and quadriplegia) or affected by degenerative diseases .
