The town of Jávea, this time from the hand of the Association of Restaurateurs of Xàbia (ARX), prepares to enjoy a new edition of one of the unmissable events in the gastronomic life of the municipality. One day, in a unique and different framework -the Fish slice- to celebrate the third edition of the day Xàbia at Plat Mariner. One year, ARX again rely on some of the best catering establishments in the municipality and includes some new features to complete a gastronomic journey that increasingly is gaining adepts and that, surely, will not leave indifferent to anyone who decides to bet on this initiative.

This Saturday November 29, Xàbia to Plat Mariner will start at 11 h with the inauguration and then the Auction loudly and publicly. A las 12 h will start the third edition of comxicotetion Cruet de Peix of Xàbia wherein Restaurant Mezquida Will try to revalidate the title of the previous two editions and, at the same time, the restorers will start the tasting caps.
