Customs retirees celebrate their anniversary 18º

Retirees Association of Customs of the Sea held the 18 years after its creation with a meal in Carrasco salons and dance by the group "Bradmis".

Before the meal the president of the association, Guillermo Bas, addressed those present thanking them for their presence at the event. They accompanied her on this special day to retirees, the mayor, José Chulvi, the mayor of Servicios Sociales, Pepa Gisbert and the councilman of Culture, Quico Moragues. Moreover, a large representation of different local associations and retirees Gata and El Poble Nou de Benitatxell.

Bas told those present that "these acts of coexistence rejuvenates us. A dance like this with our activities encourage us in our daily routine. Therefore I encourage people belong to associations like ours".

The president said the program of activities throughout the year made such as gymnastics and yoga. Added trips are scheduled for June where they will visit, Holland and Belgium. In September they will hold a traveling Galicia and in October have prepared a Mediterranean cruise.

Twelve members of the association received from the mayor and Guillermo Bas, a plaque of recognition to meet during the year 2016, 81 years. The mayor addressed the audience with words of encouragement, "it is just that society recognizes the great work they do retirees in these times of crisis you assist your children and grandchildren".
