Next March 23 will be able to enjoy again the traditional Baret del Bous a la Mar on the occasion of the celebration of Mig Any of the festivities of Duanes de la Mar in honor of Mare de Déu de Loreto.
This year, this initiative of the Comissió de Festes to raise funds for the festivities, reaches its sixth edition that is complemented with a wide program of activities for all audiences. Paseo Jaime I will be the meeting point of this day that will start with a musical awakening. At 11 am, the turn of two of the great sports protagonists in the Loreto September festival program will begin: The Valencian Pilot and Chess.
The game of raspall will take place in the Virgen de Loreto street and will face Cento, Tomaqueta and Vicentet against Vicent, Paco de Xaló and Àngel. On the other hand, the simultaneous chess will be in the same Paseo Jaime I. In the realization of these activities participate the Club de Pilota Xàbia and the Club d'Escacs de Xàbia.
