This course is composed of two hours of Surfing, paddle surfing or bodyboarding, Educational workshops on sport and the environment, knowledge of repair and types of tables, current dynamics, selection and care of the material, notions of meteorology, rules of preference of surfing, as well as other knowledge of these water sports.
