The Enterprising Women of Jávea celebrate the signing of its agreement with AEPA

The Enterprising Women of Jávea have held a meal at the Yacht Club of the municipality in which have met members of the Association of Business and Professional Alicante Directives, the Mayor of Jávea, José Chulvi, the mayor of Gata, Ana María Soler and the special assistance of the Councilor for Social Welfare of the Valencian Community Asunción Sánchez Zaplana.

Before the celebration of the meal and the signing of the agreement, some members of MEJ, including its president Arline Francis, made a presentation with the purpose of explaining to those present what is the MEJ formula and what is the "decalogue" that It better defines the association. "In MEJ we firmly believe that the key to the success of our partnership is the collaboration network and focus on the common good"As for its decalogue, some of its points are that its organization chart does not follow a pyramidal structure but is a fluid, flexible diagram based on the talents of each collaborator. On the other hand they claim that individual talent is recognized of each person and flexibility is fundamental, so in MEJ there is no control but coordination.

After the presentation, the agreement was signed by the President of MEJ, Arline Francis and the Vice President of AEPA, Marcela Fernández. The Department of Social Welfare that was present at the firm, said that this agreement is "a topic of mutual support, to believe in each other, enthusiasm and entrepreneurship"He also said that he refuses to believe that they say that women do not support us because that is not true and these associations are a clear example. For his part, the mayor of Javea said that the figure of 1.800 unemployed in Javea is high but if we take it to other figures we don't reach 10% "although there 1.800 people and we must work to decrease that figure even more"After the signing, the MEJ and AEPA members present, enjoyed a pleasant meal at the Club Nautico de Javea.
