The gymnasts from the Xàbia Rhythmic Gymnastics Club participated last weekend in the Regional Championship and Valencian Community Cup that was held in Alcora (Castellón) achieving great results.
The sets showed all their potential on the carpet. They completed their exercise with hardly any errors and achieved a good classification. The Benjamin Group composed of Sofía Gálvez, Vera Cerdà, Marta Crespo, Valeria Hall and Nikole Douglas performed their exercise enjoying every moment and qualifying in 10th position.
The Under-7 Team composed of Emma Català, Sofía Leyda Ivars, María Castillo, Nina Szczupak and Leire Sart raised the stands. The five mini gymnasts showed their great skills that will surely give a lot to talk about in the future. The team achieved third place, third Autonomous.
On Sunday, the Club Gimnàstica Rhythmic Xàbia He moved to Loriguilla to compete in the Individual Regional Championship. Anna Martínez and Gabriela Iordachi were classified in the Provincial.
Both had mistakes and did not obtain a great classification but both managed to compete in the Autonomous Community and grow as gymnasts. Martínez with the tape and Gabi with the ball.
