Palau d'Esports Miguel Buigues Andrés will host next Saturday 1 June, a female self-defense course for beginners.
The class will start at 16 hours and will be given by the Judo Club Dojo-Do de Xàbia. interested in attending should solely be in the right place at the appointed time comfortable clothes to meet the basic self-defense techniques with which to protect against a hypothetical attack.
