The Social Protection and Attention Unit (UAPS) of the Local Police of Xàbia has been awarded in the VIII edition of the National Distinctions of the Local Police. This delivery was held in the city of Albacete last Tuesday, June 29. The distinctive is awarded by the National Union of Heads and Directors of the Local Police to those people, agencies or entities that have excelled in their work in defending security, due to professional merits and good practices.
The Agents of the Xàbia Security Corps, María del Carmen Marín and Elena Torres accompanied by the Chief Intendant of the Xàbia Local Police, José Antonio Monfort, received from the hands of the Vice Mayor of Albacete the distinction in the category of National Awards of Good Practices of Local Police, in recognition of the meritorious work that is developing in the prevention and care of victims of gender violence, during its 15 years of operation.
The jury has especially valued the close collaboration of the Unit with the municipal departments of Servicios Sociales, Equality, Health and others involved to offer victims comprehensive protection.

This is the policy of this department, many photos, but everything is straw, many policemen assigned to table jobs, but few in the street. They want us to believe that they are good policemen, but most of them are nefarious, because there are no photos with the radar denouncing the people of Javea, while in summer it is not used so as not to annoy tourists. Socialist policies have a good image for the public, but inside the hypocrisy of the boss and the councilor cannot be tolerated.
