The Local Police files 26 complaints, in two days, for not meeting the maximum number of people

The Local Police of Xàbia has opened, this weekend, more than 30 infringement files for non-compliance with the extraordinary measures for the prevention of COVID-19. Most of them, specifically 26, have been for exceeding the maximum number of 6 people in social and family gatherings.

Another eight have been filed for making a bottle in public spaces and one more for not wearing a mask on public roads.

The previous weekend four people were also sanctioned for breaking the mandatory nighttime confinement schedule, another for not wearing a mask and a restaurant for not respecting sanitary hygiene measures and allowing customers to gather inside.

The control of the measures for COVID-19 has considerably increased the number of services of the Local Police. At the beginning of November, the agents have a cumulative that exceeds the total of 500 by 2019 services.

In addition, the local body continues to attend to its usual tasks, for example in traffic control. In this regard, this weekend he has filed 17 complaints for parking in the first Montañar -a space in which it has been prohibited since May- and has ordered the removal of several vehicles with a crane.
