The Unit of Special Commits of the Local Police of Xàbia has surprised this morning to two furtive ones extracting bogamarins (sea urchins) in the zone of La Barraca.
It has been impounded them a total of 321 copies in its possession as well as the tools they used for illegal logging, such as wetsuits, weights and landing nets.
The police also has opened disciplinary proceedings corresponding to the Department of Environment impose economic sanction that corresponds to them.
The Unit of Special Commitments has reinforced during the weekends the surveillance campaign for being in full bogamarins season.
