Bandit Village born to become the new reference brand of the Group with which, first in Alicante and later in Valencia, it will propose an experience for the five senses. The client will live a unique journey towards the essence of Xàbia through its wood-fired oven, they will be able to taste an open market kitchen and enjoy an atmosphere cared for down to the smallest detail.
The Cala Bandida Group takes a very important gastronomic leap from a menu that is built from the market, based on fresh and seasonal products, and that will always propose new dishes made with top quality raw materials. 9 years and a challenge
The Cala Bandida Group celebrated its ninth anniversary last Saturday on a very special day in which the launch of Villa Bandida was one of the outstanding protagonists.
With Villa Bandida, its new restaurant brand, the restaurant group reinforces its current powerful offer in Xàbia, which includes the Cala Bandida restaurant, located in the Port and converted since its opening into a reference for quality, exclusive service and the best cuisine Mediterranean in the area of the Marina Alta, and The Bandideta, the perfect fusion between flavor, wood oven cooking and the spectacular enclave of the Cala Granadella.
Together with both brands, the Cala Bandida Group continues to incorporate projects around its Gata Traditional Workshop. Along these lines, just a few weeks ago Commentucasa.com was born, the group's new national delivery service that brings the best traditional recipes from the kitchen to the home.
