The Department of Agriculture Javea Town Hall, and who coordinates Juan Luis Cardona, Offer an exclusive course of preparation and wine tasting last 40 hours in total and will start in November, Monday in 19h to 21h schedule.
The workshop is intended for farmers, chefs, sommeliers, professionals in the hospitality industry and the general public. During the course it aims to teach participants the main characteristics of the wines, how is your preparation, your wine and table service.
Among the programmed contents are notions of oenology, wine geography, varieties, characteristics of the production, development and aging addition to the above already mentioned.
