This weekend, Kris Krause, a young man from El Poble Nou de Benitatxell, 22, is one of the toughest sporting challenges of his life. He will travel to Sparta (Greece) to participate in the 'Spartan Race', an obstacle course that combines endurance, strength, climbing and balance.
From the 1 to the November 3, the Greek city will host this world-renowned event that is part of the Trifecta World Championship. Krause has three tough challenges ahead of him that will rise daily.
On Friday, November 1, will play the sprint race of 5 kilometers and 20 obstacles. Saturday will be the turn of the 'super', of 13 km and 25 obstacles. And the final test, the 'beast', of 21 km and 30 obstacles.
This young poblero, who began four years ago to enter the 'spartan' world, already has experience.
