'Jávea will revive', by Juan Legaz Palomares

After reading that the 2020 Mare de Déu de Loreto Festivities have been suspended, as well as most of the festive events: El Nazareno, Moros i Cristians, and the postponement of Les Fogueres de Sant Joan, I hurry to find in the RAE dictionary the meaning of the word revive. Tells us: "Come back to life after death." "Come to himself (a living being) that seemed dead." It also defines it as "renew or reproduce."

After the blow caused worldwide by the malevolent coronavirus and, as a consequence of the very serious situation that this unfortunate pandemic has caused (death, sadness, desolation, crying ...), my spirit has awakened
of the internal strength that we carry within and that is capable of reviving the heart and streamlining the mind to stimulate my beloved Jávea, and modestly contribute a small grain of sand in favor of the festivities that magnify this wonderful Villa, which knows how to work , have fun, hope, welcome everyone ... and understand life with love, solidarity and friendship.

There is nothing more exciting and beautiful than facing life with enthusiasm, with kindness and with the smile that appears in our hearts because it always gives us tasty and abundant fruit.

As I am passionate about classical philosophers, I go to them to try to give hope to this Jávea that has two great columns that support the strength and faith that guide and inspire you along the path of Happiness. The Nazareno and the Mare de Déu de Loreto help him with his love to remain standing.

Jávea lives with faith and hope with his goal set on the Mother and the Son. The javienses rely on both and entrust themselves to get them out of the quagmire and difficult times.

Without a doubt, we are credulous, incredulous, shy, but our conscience is the best reference. I encourage you to enter your consciousness and you will find the light of good. Blais Pascal said: "Happiness is a wonderful article: the more you give, the more you have left". You are willing to be happy, make others happy and reinvent yourself in the face of adversity. In the xabieros, love is always born through its festive events.

The fear that this invisible and destructive virus has caused will bring us new and renovating teachings and experiences, to improve our customs, familiarity and friendship. Plato noted: "By learning to die, you learn to live better."

Now you have to surround yourself with patience and reinvent yourself with more strength, with a renewed and brave vigor. You love what you do and the returns are very productive. Socrates explained it: "The passage of time wrinkles the skin, but the lack of enthusiasm wrinkles your soul ”. Clear distinction between the physical world and the love of the soul.

So much encouragement: Nazarenos, Sanjuaneros de Fogueres, Moros i Crsitians and festeros de la Mare de Déu de Loreto, because your festivals will revive and be born resplendent like the sun that rises every morning at the tip of the Cape San Antonio and heats and illuminates the Bay of Jávea and the hearts of the people of Java.

And know that this pandemic will renew your hearts and make you reconsider as Heraclitus did when he told us: “The disease makes health more pleasant; hunger makes satiety more pleasant; and the
fatigue makes rest more pleasant ”
.

Fix hope in the coming year (2021) in which an immense sea of happiness will accumulate for all and you will be rewarded. Sophocles described it very well: "The greatest joy is the unexpected". Next year will revive the
heart of joy.
