The senior female group of CB Joventut Xàbia had to put the batteries in the third quarter of his game against CB El Verger and overcome a disadvantage of ten points to win at home by 56 to 72.
The players directed by Pati Suñer were not comfortable on the complicated outside track of El Verger. They made more mistakes than usual and they caught the slow rhythm imposed by the opposing team.
The xabieras had difficulty reading the zone defense imposed by the locals and what was worse failed to close the defensive rebound. This caused that the players of the CB El Verger had second launch options. To the rest it was arrived with local advantage by 36 to 33.

Hard defeat to leader CB Oliva by 65 at 73
