Players, Daniel Bertomeu, Angel Perez, Dmitry Ilin, Antoni Bertomeu and Sebastiá Morant, rose to first place each of their respective categories in the first tournament scoring for the Circuito CEMA 2017. In this tournament players they took part categories, Sub-8, Sub.10, Sub-12, Sub-Sub-14 16 and.
27 took part in this event schoolchildren belonging to the colleges and institutes of Xàbia and other municipalities. It was a nice experience and very positive for all the players. During the tournament it was seen how the participants were, little by little, gaining confidence in themselves.
Highlight the participation in the tournament Antoni Bertomeu, a powerful player playing Benissa federated with Club Escacs Xàbia. Also part of a select group of children participating in the championships of Spain of chess ages. Gabriel Rovira highlight, Àngel Pérez, Sebastiá Morant, Jaime Soler and others, who at his young age already have international ranking and experience in tournaments.
The comxicotetion was held five rounds per player, the Swiss system and all categories together. The top three teams took trophy and medals.

At the end of the tournament, all participants received their deserved cornets of sweets, trophies and medals Councilman hand ceportes of Xàbia, Vicent Colomer, President of the EC Benissa Antoni Bertomeu Ivars and Francisco Morató, CE Coordinator Xàbia.
Now, in each day that will be held, a provisional classification of each category will be made, each player will be added the points of each test that is played. The circuit is scheduled for the dispute of five tournaments in different venues, at the end of all the tests will be a global classification and will be awarded to the three best players classified in each category, obtaining their prized trophies as the best players of the CEMA 2017 circuit.
This Saturday morning will be held at the House of Culture from Calpe the second test of this chess circuit. The day will be valid to qualify in the provincial final phase dels Jocs Esportius of Valencia and therefore the registration period will be until Thursday at noon.
