El Javea Town Hall through its mayor, José ChulviIt has signed cooperation agreement with two sports entities: Llebeig Athletics Club Xàbia and Club d'Escacs Xàbia. During the act of signing the sports councilor, Vicent ColomerIt has been present along with representatives of both entities.
The amount of the municipal subsidy allocated to the Club Atletisme Llebeig Xàbia is 18.700 euros. This club is one that has more activities throughout the year, both in athletics section, as in section mountain or triathlon. Their athletes are often present in many comxicotetions getting great results. Very important is the work done in school athletics being vital for the future of this sport.
