Dozens of santjoaneres clubs from Xàbia filled the bullfighting area with smell and joy. One more year, the paella contest was a success. The participation was massive and the various rice cuisine was seen last night in this act.
The 40 participating clubs prepared rice dishes of all kinds: vegetables, meat, seafood and a long list of flavors. After the preparation, the jury tasted each of the dishes that competed for the award, with the Penya Quin Comboi being the winner of this 2023.
