Last Saturday, the Palau d'Esports Miguel Buigues Andrés was the meeting point for martial arts. With the collaboration of the different Xàbia martial arts clubs, a large number of participants practiced the disciplines of Capoeira, Muay Thai, Aikido, judo and karate.
This first martial arts seminar was included in the program of activities on the occasion of the Women's Day. The instructors provided basic and simple knowledge to all attendees so that they knew each modality first-hand.
