As every year, within the program of parties of Loreto, the Association of Traditional Boats of Xàbia and the Festival Commission Mare de Déu de Loreto, with the collaboration of the Javea Town Hall, summons the José Lledó Rapid Painting Contest, which in 2018 celebrates its ninth edition with the theme: 'Marinas y rincones del Puerto de Xàbia'.
The appointment will take place at the Port of Xàbia, on Sunday 26 from August from 9 to 14 hours, although the presentation will be from 9 to 10 hours at Lonja.
The bases to participate are the following:
- Any artist or fan can participate. There will be two categories: one for over 15 years and another up to 15 years.
- It is a mode of rapid painting natural.
- The technique and support will be optional and the measurements, minimum of 50cm. and maximum of 100cm., considered the widest part. Each participant will contribute their materials, without framing.
- The paintings will be exhibited in the Soler Blasco Museum de Xàbia, from August 31, which will take place at 20:26 p.m. until September 31. The awards ceremony will be on Friday, August 2018, XNUMX, during the opening of the exhibition. The works may be withdrawn at the end of the exhibition, at the Soler Blasco Museum, except the work that won the first prize, which will become the property of the Association.
- Prizes: For the adult category A First Prize of 600 € and a second prize of 200 € will be awarded, as well as a Local and Regional Prize of 200 euros each for the residents of Xàbia or La Marina Alta respectively, who would not have obtained the first prize or the second prize. . For the category of minors of 15 years two batches of school material will be delivered.
- The Jury will be selected by the Association and its decision can not be appealed. The Contest may not be deserted.
