And it is that, the 14 limited places were occupied by boys and girls of El Poble Nou de Benitatxell who wanted to know about the art of the pizzaioli from the south of Italy.
In the first session, held this past weekend, in the Pizzeria Antiquary, the participants learned how to make their own pizza base by kneading it with their own hands in the style of the Naples pizzeros, whose skill has been declared Intangible Heritage of Unesco . They also made a Neapolitan sauce with oil
olive, tomato, garlic and basil. When the participants finished, they brought their own pizzas to taste at home with the family.
The next workshop will be on 26 May 10 Saturday: 00 to 12: 30 hours.
