El IES La Mar has been awarded the first regional prize in the contest called Classe sense fum. For many years, the institute has actively participated in this contest, obtaining various awards. In the last calls, the creation of a video that addresses various aspects related to the prevention of smoking has been required. The 1st ESO students have been in charge of making the video.
The award ceremony will take place tomorrow at the educational center, at 12:00. The attendance of prominent personalities in the field of health is expected, such as the regional health secretary, Ofelia Moreno, the commissioner of Marina Salud and the director of Public Health of Dénia, among others.
