This past weekend, the Xàbia Roller Hockey children's team was proclaimed champion of the Valencian Community Federation Cup after beating Alcodiam 3-2.
The match was exciting as the champion's trophy was played with extra time. Those from Xàbia took the lead on the scoreboard on two occasions, but the Alcoy team managed to tie the game, scoring the second goal with a minute and a half remaining for the conclusion of the match, which caused the extension to be disputed, which gave the victory to those of Xàbia by scoring a new goal.
The classification of the Roller Hockey Federation Cup of the Valencian Community was as follows:
Champion: Club Patí Xàbia
Runner-up: Alcodiam
Third: CCP Raspeig
Fourth: Gandia HC
