The Xàbia's Bike-Fasterwear team and its school were competing, in several tests, this past weekend, specifically in the Open XC Chiva Marathon and the career of Schools in the XXXIII Volta Ciclista La Marina and in the School League CEMA.

On Sunday the Marathon Open of the Valencian Community started with the first race in the town of Chiva. The Local Cyclist Club Oratillos prepared a route of 64 km and + 2.000 meters of unevenness that had hard ramps per track and technical descents of great physical demand.

In the same way, Dani Cepa knew how to regulate his strength to finish second in Master 40. Worse fortune was for Ade Moll, who suffered various falls and mechanical problems, yet crossed the finish line in third place Elite.

Parallel to the marathon race, a test was held for the Schools, where María Ivars was second in Principiantes Féminas, Marcos Puig finished third in Alevines and David Ivars finished fifth in Infantiles.

In addition, in Xàbia the second scoring round of the XXXIII Volta Ciclista a la Marina was held where Moll Saor and Àlex Seguí were active at all times and tried to escape without success.
