Obra Social La Caixa has donated the amount of 5.000 to the Department of Servicios Sociales of the Town hall from Javea. As explained by the mayor of said area, Tere BisquertThe funds will go to cover basic needs of users as may be buying food or medicine. The agreement was signed by the Mayor of Jávea, José ChulviAnd direct the office of La Caixa in Jávea, Carlos Colom.
In this time of crisis the City of Jávea is addressing the shortcomings of many families in the municipality, therefore Bisquert wanted to thank the important collaboration that has developed since the Obra Social La Caixa. He also added that it is a great support for the work done from Social Services and the donation is a sign of social commitment of the company with the needs of the residents of Jávea.
