This 2020, the historic race that starts in Xàbia and ends in Jesús Pobre, which runs along the southern slope of Montgó and known as the Cross Baix Montgó, celebrates its 28th edition. The Club Atletisme Llebeig Xàbia Along with CMALa Faixa de Jesús Pobre, organizers of the linear race have not wanted the current situation due to the coronavirus to make this year's edition disappear.
For this reason, the test will be carried out 'on track', that is, the runners who want to participate will only have to download the Strava application and record their route and time on their profile.
The 28th edition of the Cross Baix Montgó will last 12 days, starting on October 1 and ending on October 12 at 23.59:XNUMX p.m. During these days, participants will be able to take the established route along asphalt roads, dirt roads and paths between vineyards and leave their brand registered.
At the end of the participation period, both clubs will access the application records to confirm who the winners have been and a trophy will be awarded to the first three male and female finishers.
With this novelty, both clubs indicate that participation is totally free; the only requirement is to be registered with Strava and "show that this pandemic will not be able to with us."
