CEIP Trenc d'Alba involved in a European educational project

El Trenc d'Alba Its educational project is the Plurilingual Education Program in Valencià in which it is proposed that at least one subject be taught in English. Since then, the teaching staff has been striving to continue improving and training in this subject, thus taking advantage of programs in which they contact teachers from other countries such as conversation assistants from the United States, English Helpers or host teachers in order to correct mistakes. of students and know the Spanish educational system.

In the same way, Trenc d'Alba has received the "Comenius" project in which member countries of the European Community participate. The project has a duration of two years and consists of meetings between professors representing each center to exchange and share forms of organization and operation of each one of them.

A group of teachers from Trenc d'Alba traveled to England last September to learn about the facilities and methodology (ICT) of the center that hosted them. Similarly in the month of March they were in Sweden, at the "Furuhällskolan" school where they learned to promote an entrepreneurial culture and technology to primary school. In May it was the turn of Stavanger, a coastal town in Norway, at the Auglend Skole school, in which the LEGO plays a fundamental role in the education of Norwegian children.

Next May the Trenc d'Alba will be the host school where 30 teachers from all over Europe will come to see how they work. In this sense, the school also requests some type of collaboration from both private companies and the Town hall Javea.
