Since the declaration of the state of alarm, the Consortium's Insertion area, despite having been forced to suspend face-to-face attention in response to orders issued by the government due to the unusual situation produced by COVID-19, has continued to serve normally by the alternative channels established by Creama to facilitate access to services in the area to citizens.
In the face of the imminent progressive resumption of face-to-face care once the state of alarm has ended, we take stock of some of the results of the management carried out by the area staff since March 16, immediately after the declaration of the state of alarm, until the end of it on June 21.
During this period, 83 job offers have been managed and a total of 1811 interventions related to the placement agency have been carried out, 157 of which have allowed users of the service to modify data related to their curriculum or enter them for the first time , for which it has been necessary to quickly articulate new procedures and care models that allow updating and agreeing on the data presented in it, maintaining the reliability of the data recorded and making them compatible with the restrictions on mobility produced by the confinement situation.
In addition to the efforts of the employment agency, the area team has helped users of the service in various procedures related to the Public Employment Service (SEPE) and the Valencian Employment Service (LABORA), assuming this support more than 3.000 queries.
