The technological ADL of Creama Xàbia proposes, for the next few days, a course in which to learn to communicate and improvise. Transmitting ideas, achieving positive interactions, avoiding understanding errors in our interlocutor, managing non-verbal communication and knowing how to influence are keys to making successful presentations or negotiations, hence the course attendees learn the appropriate tools and techniques.

The course will be face-to-face and will be given, in the Creama training room in Portal del Clot, on the afternoons from Tuesday 9 to Thursday 11 November from 19 to 22 p.m. Places are limited so it is necessary to register for free at this link.
The workshop will address business or professional communication from a new, fresher and more innovative perspective and will be taught by actor Santi Avendaño -of the company Improvación- who will explain what are the techniques to convince, express ourselves, to improve our sales and negotiation skills. .. and how through the exercise of improvisation our expression or message can be endowed with something fundamental such as naturalness and credibility.
In the course, experiential group dynamics will be carried out in order to learn by doing.
