Creama Jávea offers a course for sommeliers and wine in the hotel

The Department of Economic Development, through Creama, has organized a sommelier and oenology course aimed at the hospitality industry to be held in Jávea from March 11 to April 29.

The training activity will be Wednesday morning (from 8'30 to 12 hours) at the premises of the permanent adult school.

The course, which is priced at 50 euros and free for the unemployed, will begin with an introduction to oenology and the production of red and rose wine. It will also address the varieties of wine, the balance of the wines, the presence of wood, the relationship between wine and health and nutrition and landscapes related to the sector.

Finally will focus its content on the functions of a sommelier, details of the cork, bottle and labeling and specific wine service to the customer.
