04 July 2019 - 15: 15

The 23 of September of 2019 will start the Training Program of Basic Qualification Auxiliary support activities in ship in port with CREAMA. This program, subsidized and recognized by the Conselleria d'Educació, is aimed at young people between the ages of 16 and 21 who will train for 960 hours, spread throughout the course that will end in June, in tasks such as maintenance, repair or maneuvering of the ship in port. The training will take place at the Dénia headquarters.

This new training program is generated in response to the need for specialized training in the nautical sector for the Marina Alta, detected in the Territorial Diagnosis of 2017, and which is part of the actions carried out by Punt Nàutic that Creama develops as Technical Secretary of the Regional Agreement on Employment and Development of the Marina Alta and subsidized by Works. The objective is to materialize a training offer that will allow students to gain experience in order to facilitate job placement in this sector with great potential.

In the current phase of 2019, the Punt Nàutic has a wide network of work that brings together the different companies in the nautical sector, ports and training entities of our region. This work of mediation and prospecting among the different territorial agents, is one of the main reasons that makes it possible to promote the implementation of new training that allows occupying the jobs generated in the sector, but which are not currently covered by personnel from the Marina Alta. shortage of related qualification in the territory itself.
