The Montgorock Xàbia Festival 2020 confirms new national groups that will perform next May in Xàbia. Leiva, Los Zigarros and Los Estanques are joined by Shinova, Maika Makovski, Derby Motoreta's Burrito Kachimba, Carmen Boza and Badlands. Five new bands that will make the public vibrate on 15 and 16 in May.
The Valencian band Badlands, which he repeats at this Festival, will make the entire audience dance in the purest American style with the songs of his new album, Tornado, which for the first time will include topics in Spanish.
Moreover, Carmen Boza, a great female artist of the moment and considered one of the best of the new generation of Spanish composers, will be for the first time the stage of the Montgorock Xàbia Festival showing all her talent.
Derby Motoreta's Burrito Kachimba y Shinova They are two large groups that will be for the first time at Montgorock. The first band, from Seville, is the creator of the "Kinkidelia". Although it has only one disc in the market, it is sweeping so much that it positions it as “The next great Spanish band”.
Shinova It is one of the alternative rock groups originally from Berriz. Since its founding in the year 2008, they have published five albums; Beats (2009), The Ceremony of Confusion (2011), Ana and the Reckless Artist (2014), Volver (2016) and Navigation charts (2018), songs that will fill the Xàbia Festival venue.
And the new confirmation is about the versatile artist Maika Makovski, who repeats at Montgorock to present, on this occasion, his solo album (formerly The Manil member) recorded in Tucson and will be released in January next year.
New artists
But during these next months, the Montgorock organization will continue to announce the rest of the groups and headliners that will fill the festival site on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.
Tickets are already on sale on the official website of the Montgorock Xàbia Festival. In this new edition, at the moment, the payment for the two days is 38 euros and the entrance in Palco Rock is 105 euros, an area that has an open beer bar throughout the festival, own bathrooms, the best view from the terrace and chill out area.
