    Totally unrealistic
This is not the total cost of the project ... where is the amount for the destruction of the Green Zone in Costa Nova and the Construction of the parking lot of bad the cost of the police who had to monitor. This cannot continue without a substantial amount of additional money to bring the Costa Nova car park to a snow that allows it to pass a health, safety and fire risk assessment.
