The creative writing workshop taught by the writer, Lucía Etxebarría, was a success and she hung the complete poster, when the number of registrations was exhausted, on the first day.
The Poble Nou de Benitatxell was the place where students from all over the region and even from more distant towns such as Elche, knew the secrets and the technique of creative writing in a therapeutic key.
The writer was giving the workshop this weekend at the municipal library. "We all write ourselves, although we may not realize" Lucia said in a moment of sessions that went beyond literary strategies.
The author decided to teach techniques unlocking stimulate creativity and help students to channel emotions and traumas.
The workshop was subsidized by the Department of Women and Equality, by Jacinta Pastor, in a firm commitment to promote creativity, literature and culture at the hands of a writer committed to feminism and as a culmination to dedicated activities to Women and Equality.
