El Club Náutico Jávea has passed the exam that involves obtaining the "Q" flag for Tourist Quality in Spain. This concession rewards the quality of the service it provides as a leading marina in the Marina Alta.
The quality certificate is awarded to the nautical sports facilities that have passed the rigorous quality controls of ICTE, the Spanish Institute for Quality Tourism under the Ministry of Energy and Tourism.
Achieving the "Q" flag is a recognition of the efforts of all the club's staff, and the management they carry out every day to try to offer members and visitors the best service.
The "Q" of Tourism Quality is the brand that represents quality in the Spanish tourism sector and associates the tourist establishments and enclaves that have important values such as prestige, differentiation, reliability, rigor, safety and professionalism. . All this to ensure both regular users and new customers the best possible tourist experience in our club.
This certificate joins others already obtained by the Yacht Club Jávea previously, such as the UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2008 certificate and the Blue flag, which we have recently renewed for the twelfth time.
