El Javea Town Hall will hire the service of procedural defense authorities and municipal employees, and representation in proceedings rapid prosecution of certain crimes and misdemeanors. The procurement notice for this service is published in the BOP from the 21 April day.
Time contract is two years, renewable for two more years. Individuals or companies interested in submitting applications should do so in the procurement department of the City, located in the church square, each working day of 9 to 14 hours, except Saturdays. It can also be done through the web, accessing the contractor of the City (htpp: //xabia.sedelectronica.es) profile.
The deadline is for the next 15 calendar days after publication of the notice in the BOP and the contractor profile of the City. The selection criteria are:
1.-Low Price tender: to 35 points.
2.-By specialization: up to 25 points.
3.-knowledge in Administrative and Criminal Law (until 12 points for each specialty): up to 24 points.
4.-Servicing in Public Administration: up to 16 points.
