The Ministry of Economy, Industry, Tourism and Employment has convened the order that regulates the aid aimed at promoting employment for people with disabilities in the 2013 exercise. The objective is to favor the insertion of unemployed persons with disabilities, in the ordinary labor market, by supporting indefinite hiring, temporary hiring and adaptation of the job. The beneficiaries of these grants are companies, individuals and non-profit private entities, with scope of action in the Valencian Community.
Incentives for full-time permanent contracts will reach 5000 euros; Temporary hiring full-time for at least 6 month may reach 2000 euros, all depending on the extent of the hired worker disability. In addition, if the contract has a minimum duration of 12 months, the Department is responsible for adapting the workplace with a grant of up to 902 euros per worker.
