The board of directors of the municipal water company of Xàbia, Amjasa, held this week approved a first phase of the works plan for the 2016, aimed at improving its networks and facilities.
It is six minor works totaling 82.300 euros that will serve to renew pipes at points where faults are recorded. In particular they affect the Garrafo streets (17.927 euros), Penáguila (7.856 euros), Terol (10.402 euros), Elm (15.706 euros) Castellans and Lastres (15.706 euros) or on the link of the developments La Cala and Balcon al Mar ( 14.914 euros).
These projects will be tendered by negotiated between companies that form for the registration of providers Amjasa procedure.
Other objectives that were advanced in the consell within the annual planning is the improvement and adaptation of facilities such as the station of pumping of Adsubia-Cabanes, the driving station of Calvary or the one that saves the elevation of Les Valls.
It is also planned actions to adapt supply pressure in different areas and the renovation of sections of the network in coordination with the municipal works department based on improvements made vials or through planning agreements.

Another of the points that the consell has authorized is the signing of the agreement with the Ministry of Education to welcome students from the IES number 1 from Xàbia who are taking the Multiplatform Application Development training cycle, a dual training module focused on the development of mobile applications and web page design.
The hydraulics will incorporate for the moment one of the students as a trainee during practically two courses so that it collaborates in the improvement of the web and with the development of its virtual office in which the subscribers can consult their invoices, modify their personal data or notify breakdowns.
