Ade Moll was the best in the Open XCO test held at Dos Aguas

The cyclist Ade Moll, the Xabia's Bike-Fasterwear, got the victory in the penultimate round of the Open XCO of the Valencian Community held in the Valencian town of Dos Aguas in the region of La Hoya de Buñol.

In the first round of races, Dani Cepa, Alicia Margalejo, Dani Cepa Jr and Andreu Aibar took the start in their respective categories. Dani Cepa was positioned in first position but in the last lap suffered a puncture that relegated him to third place in Máster40.

For her part, Alicia Margalejo, after a conservative start, was climbing positions until crossing the finish line in third position.

Among the Cadets, both Dani Cepa Jr. and Andreu Aibar made constant runs finishing in seventh and eighth place. Then came the moment of the Schools where Maria Ivars finished in fifth position of Female Beginners. Marcos Puig managed to climb to the second box of the podium between the Alevines and David Ivars signed a seventh position among the Children.

Finally the Elite / Sub23 took the exit with Ade and Moll Saor y Tomás Miralles. The three runners imposed a strong pace from the start. So, Ade went solo with the passage of the laps to take the victory. Tomás continued fighting for the front positions, being fourth overall and second Sub23. Worse for Saoro who after suffering a puncture away from the technical area, could repair and go back to the sixth position of the general.

Next weekend will be played the final scoring round of the XCO Open of the Valencian Community in Villar del Arzobispo that will crown the winners and winners of the different categories.
