Xàbia Live presents the second part of the book "Pobles Abandonats"

Xàbia Viva takes up the activity in this 2015 and does so with the presentation of the second part of the book "Pobles Abandonats" by the Valencian journalist Agustí Hernández. The presentation will be at the Kbaret, which is located on Mestre Angel Palencia street in Xàbia at 20 hours.

The second part is a continuation of a first edition dedicated to the people that have disappeared or have been abandoned in the Valencian Community. Hernández's research work has now focused on those areas that are depopulated in the national territory, with special incidence in Aragón, Cataluña and Castilla León.

50 people work together with more than 450 also shows photographs and places that were depopulated and now have educational, cultural or tourist uses. It also includes an introduction where Toni Rosario and tell why over the years 50 and 60 their families marched from these towns and the feelings you have when returning to Llécua (Morella) or Mas del Rotgle (l'Alcora).

There are also towns of the pre-Pyrenees and Catalan Pyrenees such as Aramunt Vell, Erillcastell, Claramunt, Montgarri, Sant Romà de Tavèrnoles or Montesquiu (Lleida). And from the Aragonese pre-Pyrenees such as Otal, Jánovas, Búbal or Muro de Roda, and from the province of Soria, such as Acrijos, Vea, Tordesalas, Aldealcardo and Peñalcázar.
