The roundabout located at the end of the Pla road that has its confluence with Cansalades is receiving a series of improvements carried out by the Departments of Public Works and Services of the Town hall from Javea. For security reasons, this roundabout was enabled by the Consistory almost ten years ago and since its construction depended on the development of urban plans in the area, it was made with bollards.
Because this situation was supposed to be temporary, it has been lengthened, the City Council has commissioned a number of works in order to give a better picture and place safety. The central part of the roundabout has been lined with a small curb and the central part is dominated by a peculiar tree. The rotunda was filled with small blue crystals that come from glass bottles, recycled and treated so they do not lose color over time. This option of using recycled materials also makes it possible to reduce maintenance costs of the roundabout.
