The hassle and work of a neighboring abandoned field are enormous. In April, I managed to remove 267 snails from a little tree of just over one meter. Within a week it was full again. It should be possible to report the plots that look like a jungle ANONYMOUSLY, since with the way we have to be the Spanish if your neighbor finds out that it was you who has denounced it and forced to spend money on cleaning of the plot, on top of all the inconvenience that he has caused you for years, you will already have him as an enemy for life and he will never want to sell or rent you his land ...

What you have to do is notify the owner and if you do not do it in a reasonable time, the City Council cleans it and passes the bill to the owner (thus creating jobs). Because the truth is as dangerous as the weeds and weathers but with this heat. Any day there is another fire and nobody is responsible
