El Javea Town Hall has called a public tender for the contracting of the maintenance service for air conditioning and hot water installations in municipal buildings and offices.
The contract has a duration of 2 years and another two can be extended and the maximum annual amount is 73.757,97 euros, which is broken down into 45.957 euros in the preventive maintenance of the equipment itself, and another 15.000 euros in a corrective bag to cover the corrective maintenance actions that may arise due to unforeseen breakdowns or repairs that are not included in the specifications. According to the specifications, the amount of this fund cannot be varied by the aspiring companies.
